Luckily a previous supervisor of mine took the time to write this, I am humbled by his words, and I would like his words to speak for me.To whom it may concern,As Guest Services Supervisor at the Balboa Bay Club and Resort, I have worked with Brad Markle for over four years. Partly due to his natural ability to engage with enthusiasm with our guests, but mostly due to his articulation and obvious keen intelligence, Brad is always respectfully left to see to his duties with the confidence of his superiors. He has always been cordial and swift with handling tasks, and quickly became known as the go to man when calling upon an appropriate bell captain to embark on difficult jobs was needed. I credit this to Brad's eagerness to anticipate guests' needs and discover the root of their expectations while staying at our hotel. He uses that knowledge to cultivate an experience that is immersive in the culture of the Bay Club, as well as the surrounding area and its attractions. And so it did not surprise me to hear returning guests frequently request Brad by name. In turn, Brad would often be overheard inquiring about subjects that would normally escape another bell captain during casual conversation that occurred over a year before. Nothing ever gets by the man! I think of Brad in other working environments, and it is difficult to find an area where he would not thrive. His enthusiasm equals his charm, his intellect is refreshing, and his work ethic is unrivaled. I am therefore more than happy to offer Brad my recommendation.
