> Nevada Environmental Response Trust Henderson NV Managed construction of a water treatment for treatment of chemical impacted groundwater. Construction components included two pumping stations, media filtration systems, Ion exchange process and associated equipment within containment areas. This high profile project was fast tracked and construction completed in 5 months.>Provide oversight for Henderson field activities. Tetra Tech has several scientific, environmental and construction teams working at the site. Support field activities in Henderson as well as assist project managers with field management. Responsibilities include reviews of schedule/ field activities for compliance, including safety, risk management, procurement management and communication management.

> Questa Mine Water Treatment Plant Construction. Owner: Chevron Mining, closure of molybdenum mine includes construction of 24 million GPD water treatment plant. This Tetra Tech project includes design and construction management services for treatment facility. > Holden Mine Reclamation Project Water Treatment Plant Construction, Rio Tinto, Holden, Washington. Working with the owner’s team, pre-construction activities included work on preliminary construction schedules and sequence of work, participation in engineering reviews and construct-ability meetings, develop draft plant operations budget and O&M manual outline for commissioned plant. Working directly for the owners team, developed the construction scope of work and schedule of values for construction bid package. Participated in the bid process and final contractor selection for construction.> Provide scope and cost estimating support as needed for Tetra Tech proposals.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

>Floatation Expansion capital improvement project at Bingham Canyon concentrator. As a member of the owner’s team, responsibilities included development of construction work packages for bidding purposes, analysis of proposals and submission to CMT team for review. After contract award insure contractor onboarding requirements are met as outlined in the Project Execution Plan. Coordinate between CMT, Contractor, and Engineering to insure project objectives are met with respect to safety, schedule, execution, and quality.

Director of Public Facilities for Haines Borough Alaska. Manage all public facilities maintenance and repairs, direct Public Works department, Water/ Sewer Department, responsible for Ports and Harbors maintenance. Oversee capitol projects construction for the borough including engineering efforts, construction management and final acceptance on behalf of Haines Borough. Works include utilities and infrastructure upgrades, Street improvements, Harbor renovations, schools capitol projects, borough facilities construction including remodeling and new construction.

Juneau Alaska

> 2005 - 2008 Project Management for fixed plant and surface infrastructure. Work included Construction Management and oversight of engineering effort for a wide variety of capital projects. Work also included contract management of construction contractors. Planning and execution on many of these projects were in operating facilities.> 2003 - 2005 Construction Coordinator for Surface Infrastructure: Planned and executed a variety of plant upgrades and major maintenance tasks requiring plant shutdowns. These projects were effort driven and required detailed scheduling.>1995 - 2002 Maintenance Supervisor Surface. Responsible for rebuild/repair and commissioning of fixed plant equipment after an extended shutdown. With a crew of up to thirty people, this task was accomplished during fast track effort. After start-up, work included development of maintenance schedules and tasks, and developing spare parts inventories for equipment. Additional duties included maintenance and upgrades to infrastructure including sewer/ water services and power generation, HVAC Systems improvements and upgrades.

Work at a variety of construction projects in heavy construction including mechanical and piping work. Responsible for daily operation maintenance and repairs of power generation, site infrastructure including water, utilities and electrical.
