In 1994, I joined Eagle Global Logistics (now CEVA) of Houston, Texas, where I served multiple roles, including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Global Sales. I was directly involved in helping to develop the company's sales structure and commission plans, and I was also a top producer.In 2000, I accepted the position of Vice President of Global Sales, Latin America and relocated to Miami, Florida, where my responsibilities included the development of the Latin America Sales organization and the implementation of a commission plan for each country. Throughout my tenure at Eagle Global Logistics, I developed strong relationships and profitable connections with numerous operating partners.

In my first job out of college and in the industry, I took on many roles at Consolidated Freightways. It was there that I “cut my teeth” in learning the operational ins-and-outs of the LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) industry and of moving large volumes of freight in an efficient manner. I learned how money is made, and, more importantly for my current clients, learned how and where money is saved.
