From roadmaps and objective setting, to Scrum management and quality assurance. • Led marketing and engagement efforts with the wider industry including Open Banking UK, TISA - Open Savings & Investments and Fintech associations. Such efforts increased brand recognition, industry contacts and sales leads for the company.• Defined the processes for managing the company’s finances. Effectively acting as the CFO.

Represented FNZ and Tapico in the TISA Open Savings, Investments and Pensions (OS&I) initiative. The programme worked to bring together different players across the Financial Servicer's industry to develop a standard for sharing account information (data) from personal investment accounts.• Drafted the first set of standards which allowed the programme to close out stage 1 and attract additional participants and sponsors for subsequence stages.

Hand picked for an internal transfer to join FNZ’s Research & Development team based in London where I reported directly to the Global Head of R&D who reported directly to the Group CEO. The team was the primary driver of product and technology innovation within FNZ.• Developed solutions and managed their implementation for demos to prospective clients. Which directly led to an increase in revenue through the signing of new business from existing clients and the signing of new clients. Including the Vanguard Direct UK proposition, one of the fastest growing investment platforms in the country. • Led the integration of a wealth protection product (Individualised Constant Proportion Portfolio Insurance (iCPPI)) into the FNZ product suite. Resulting in a new revenue stream.• Supported the roll out of the iCPPI product as the lead solution consultant into a new jurisdiction, Italy. The first FNZ client in the Italian market.• Adopted an adviser wealth management platform to fit a treasury and banking proposition which covered correspondent banking (SWIFT Integration), Money Market Trading and Derivatives (Interest Rate Futures, Forward Rate Agreements, Swaps etc). Delivered a direct to member proposition for the Superannuation industry. Allowing Super funds to offer their members an alternative to starting their own Self Managed Super Fund. Helping to preserve the Super fund’s FUM. The proposition was a joint initiative with FNZ, a leading platform as a service provider, and UBS, a leading Wealth Manager and investment bank.• Elicited requirements and created solutions to transition from a single to a multi-tenanted offering. Increasing the chargeable client base from one to ultimately six superfunds.• Led the onboarding of the 10th biggest superfund in Australia by members. At the time it was the quickest roll out ever of the proposition.• Entrusted by FNZ senior management to lead production releases. Successfully did so on several occasions. • Promoted to be the lead business analyst on the project. Awarded FNZ Business Analyst of the year (2014) for the APAC region.

Supported the development & implementation of a new digital evidence and property management platform supplied by a third party vendor to the Victoria Police Force. • Created and implemented the data migration plan and templates. Allowing the 300+ individual Police stations to successfully self migrate on to the new digital platform.• Facilitated workshops between subject matter experts and the end users.
