About Brad Mcqueen, Cpa

Brad is a seasoned executive with extensive experience assisting public and private companies with their accounting, finance and strategic needs. He has taken dozens of clients through capital markets transactions including IPOs, secondary equity offerings, PIPEs and public/private debt offerings with the largest investment banks in the country. In addition to his public company clients, Brad works with private companies primarily in the outdoor consumer products, professional sports, manufacturing & distribution and high-tech industries.Brad also taught an advanced auditing course for the University of Denver for nine years and was named Adjunct Faculty of the Year in 2015.Outside of work, Brad is an accomplished mountaineer, having reached the summit of Colorado 14,000' peaks nearly 600 times in addition to another ~300 of Colorado's 13ers. He has also climbed a number of other peaks including Mont Blanc, Cotopaxi, the Grand Teton, Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Rainier (twice). He and his wife, Melissa, co-authored a book called Exposed (Big Earth Publishing, 2015), in which they detail their harrowing experience stranded overnight on a 14er in a late-spring blizzard which would ultimately cost Melissa eight of her toes to frostbite.
