• Site management and layout.• Ensure a safe working environment by strict adherence to OSHA regulations and all company policies.• Manage overall construction activity per established scope, schedule, and budget.• Provide daily direction and oversight of the entire construction process including contract drawings, RFIs, Change Orders, ASIs, Inspection and Test Reports.• Identify any materials or processes that are not in accordance with state and local regulations, plans and specifications, or standard construction practices.• Interact with Clients, Architects/Engineers, and state and local officials.
