With a diverse and impactful career spanning roles in the automotive industry, healthcare, local government, and the employment services sector, I bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to every position I hold. As a Nurse, I have dedicated myself to providing high-quality care and support to patients, ensuring their well-being and dignity is priority. My role as an Aged and Disability Officer within our local council had allowed me to advocate for and implement support structure that enhanced the lives of the vulnerable. In my capacity as a Local Laws Officer, I had contributed to maintaining community standards and safety, demonstrating a commitment to public service and local governance. Currently, I serve as a *Site Manager* within a Workforce Australia contract for the Salvation Army, I oversee operations of our staff and ensure that employment services are delivered effectively, assisting in addressing complex barriers ranging from DV,housing instability, substance abuse and mental health concerns while upskilling and guiding our participants towards a more fulfilling and brighter future. A strong advocate for mental health, I am passionate about raising awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting mental well-being in both professional and community settings. I am driven by a commitment to making a positive impact and empowering others through compassionate care, balanced with dedicated services.
