As a Senior Vice President in the Professional Services Group, my responsibilities included overseeing the firm’s consulting and product practice across all software platforms and consulting personnel. The practice includes accounting and finance professionals, technical personnel, business process improvement services, financial planning and analysis services, and business intelligence services. In addition, I manage product sales and delivery for NeoSystem’s partner companies including Deltek, SAP, Workday, Integrify, and others.In addition to managing professional services personnel, I ensure customer needs are being met in the most direct and cost-effective manner possible. I develop budgets and forecasts and work closely with investors and the board to ensure continued strategic and financial growth of the company.

Initially I was identified as the VP of Finance for the ITSG group of Qinetiq North America. After dissolution of that group I was assigned to assist the QNAO Corporate ERP team with the migration of groups into QNAO. At the beginning of the current fiscal year I was named PM lead for Finance and Accounting on the QNAO ERP team. In addition, I am the lead on the migration of SEG into the combined QNAO infrastructure. We completed 9 migrations into a single Costpoint instance in just two years, with migrations from Costpoint, Great Plains, GCS and Quickbooks.

As Controller and VP of finance I was responsible for directing the fiscal functions of a 90 Million dollar business unit of a billion dollar company in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within our industry. Ioversaw all Finance and Accounting operations of several service centers located throughout the United States.I was also an integral member and lead in several mergers and acquisitions performed by the company. From initial negotiations to due diligence to closing and settlement, I have full merger and acquisition life cycle experience.

As a regional program manager I was responsible for all procurement and execution of services in the Southern California area. I have personally procured and managed projects in excess of 10 million dollars. My primary focus was assisting government agencies to transition legacy based enterprise applications to cutting edge web based environments. These environments have primarily consisted of Oracle products to include Oracle application suites, back-end databases, and development tools.

As software engineer I was senior Oracle DBA and developer for this defense firm. Developed and implemented sophisticated logistics software to the Marine Corps and Navy utilizing enterprise web based technologies. Employed disciplined software development lifecycle methodologies to complete all projects on time and within budget.As Contract Manager I was responsible for management of various million-dollar plus IT contracts for the department of defense for multiple locations throughout the United States. Responsibilities included project and personnel scheduling and management for various logistics IT systems at widely diverse enduser locations including California, Florida, North Carolina, and Hawaii. Management responsibilities included interfacing with government personnel for requirements analysis and scheduling, review andquality assurance of all contract deliverables. I was also involved in project procurement including service evaluation and cost negotiations. I was responsible for staff recruiting, management and development to include interviewing, hiring and performance reviews.
