CurrentDesigned and programmed Allen-Bradley PLC control systems for automated machinery at Caterpillar's Decatur Plant for both mining trucks and motor graders. Worked with Kevin Simcoe on the first rear wheel flusher to improve the quality and production efficiency of wheel assemblies for over 100 Ton wheels from 777 to 797 truck models. Designed and programmed control system for the 797 Rear-End Assembly which tested and lubricated the rear-end assembly of the early models of the 797 model which was the largest mining truck in the world at one time. Designed, programmed, and installed numerous machines for the Caterpillar Decatur plant including stud and bearing presses.
