Brad joined Chicago Title in 2006, and has been a perennial Million Dollar Club company award recipient every year since. Brad currently manages a diverse customer portfolio of over $3 million in annual company revenue, including large institutional lenders, Fortune 500 companies, developers, federal, city and county governmental entities, publicly traded REITS and major law firms.Brad prides himself on delivering a value added single source solution through dedication and hard work. He is a strong advocate for his clients through effective communications, both internally and externally. With this value added approach, Brad has successfully closed a variety of complex single and multi-site transactions, including a $48 million USPS Post Office auction; a $160 million 13 site/ 50,000 acres agricultural farm refinance; the $60 million re-development of a Chicago shopping center; and, a complex 18 site/$50 million pizza restaurant bankruptcy auction.Brad, and his wife and two boys, reside in Homewood, Illinois, where he spends the majority of his weekends coaching football and watching his sons play a variety of sports. He enjoys golf, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Brad is also active in several professional organizations, including the Real Estate Investment Association (REIA), and the Chicago Loop Alliance (CLA) where he serves on the membership committee.
