My involvement with real estate began shortly after high school in 2003. After going through 2 home purchases and 2 sales in 4 years(on the client side) I found that I was intrigued how the dynamics work. The economy tanked shortly after from the housing crisis that we were faced with. I found that since it was likely not a good time to start that career, I decided to start a service business and sidelined real estate for 10 years. I am back now with many life experiences to better understand the importance of economics and real estate and how they co-incite with each other. Success will only come if you know how to avoid failure, yet still pushing the limits of your own self.
