As a Paraprofessional, I assisted special program teachers and independently teach modules of the special (IEP) individual Educational programs. Requirements are to develop and maintain positive rapport with students who may have limited physical, emotional, and/or academic abilities. Opportunities to communicate with students and motivate them to participate in learning activities with an eye on establishing and maintaining effective relationships with teachers, administration and counseling directors.

The 60 year old vision of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes is to Impact the world for Jesus by the influence of athletes and coaches. As Multi-Area Director, my responsibility will be to grow the influence of FCA though prayer, staff training and development with a vision to expand FCA’s presence throughout the Front-range. Specific focus will be spent to develop the the 4C's of FC Ministry (Coaches, Camps, Campus and Community) by ensuring the growth training, and longevity of the local FCA Area Directors and other ministry staff. This will include a plan to add additional staff as needed. FCA's four core values are Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence.

Without question, the number one shared frustration I hear about today is ‘how busy’ we seem to be. Imagine helping someone experience an improved quality of life. What if your family could more selectively choose the real priorities in life? What if you could hold someone accountable for their choices? What if you could do all this with God’s greater plan as your compass? As the new Area Director for FCA in the Denver area, I hope to effectively give business leaders the opportunity to ask themselves these kinds of questions and help re-introduce their own faith based beliefs back into the market place.
