I am the VP of Operations at Regency Lighting. Regency Lighting is a national footprint Lighting Specialty Distributor. We provide goods and services to large national account retail customers as well as local property management, hospitality, and food service related customers. All Sale Electric is a traditional full line electrical distributor. My specific role is the general management and leadership of approx 60 employees, and the development and maintenance of all business relationships with our manufacturer partners, as well as working with our customer services departments to serve our clients. I am 40 years old, married, with 6 children. I'm an avid reader, this year my goal is to read 70 books. I sit in no mans land between Generation X and the Millennial Generation, and take liberties to co-op the traits I like from both at will. I believe I bring a unique energy and perspective to each problem I encounter. I have a splash of old-school work ethic, respect traditionalism but often challenge it, and I have learned to trust my instinct and curiosity, but also appreciate the wise council of those I am closest to.
