With over 17 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry & 30+ years driving heavy vehicles, I was a driver trainer at Waste Management NZ & JJ's Waste & Recycling, where I train and mentor new and existing drivers on safe and efficient driving practices, as well as environmental and regulatory compliance. I am also a CrossFit trainer at CrossFit, where I coach and motivate clients on fitness, nutrition, and wellness, using my CrossFit Level One and Ritchie Paterson Weightlifting Level One certifications. My core competencies include driver training, fitness training, leadership, communication, and problem-solving. I am passionate about helping others achieve their personal and professional goals, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams. I am always eager to learn new skills and expand my knowledge in my field of expertise.
