Sr Retirement Analyst
Current- Manage Mosaic's U.S. Defined Contribution (DC) Retirement Plans with over $900 million in assets, and the U.S. Defined Benefit (DB) Pension Plans with over $350 million in assets.- Responsible for all compliance requirements for the DC & DB Plans including working with internal and external legal counsel to prepare DC & DB plan amendments, managing the annual audits, preparing Plan Financials, submitting Form 5500s and 10-Ks to the Dept of Labor, Non-Discrimination Testing, annual DB Valuations, and DB annual PBGC Premium payments.- Responsible for preparing and implementing Mosaic's DC Communication and Education Strategy each year.- Manage Mosaic's DC & DB vendors including the DC Recordkeeper (Vanguard), the Mosaic Pension Center (AON), the DB Actuaries (AON), the DB Investment Manager (Russell Investments), the DB Master Trust Recordkeeper (State Street), and our external auditors (KPMG).- Member of the Global Pension Investment Committee (GPIC) Working Group. Duties include fund line-up review, fee reviews, investment policy reviews, interviewing / recommendations to the GPIC on any Request For Proposals (RFPs) for DC or DB Recordkeepers, Independent Fiduciaries, or Investment Managers.- Analyze the DC Retirement and DB Pension Plans for plan design enhancements and present recommendations to the GPIC, the Global Benefits Committee, and the Union Negotiation team.- Calculate and prepare funding for the annual Non-Elective Employer Contribution, Discretionary Employer Contribution, DCRP Contribution, and the annual Company Match True-Ups all totaling over $40 million annually.- Manage Mosaic's Service Award Program.
