With over 30 years of experience in the litigation support industry, I bring a plethora of knowledge and experience to my role as Vice President, Business Development at Array. I thrive on building relationships with our clients. I truly like to spend time with them, get to know them, and reinforce that they are our first priority here at Array.Before my current role, I was a partner at Compass Reporting, which is now a part of the Array team. With Compass and my other past roles, my job responsibilities included both operations and sales-focused tasks, now, in business development at Array I am able to focus on my sales and client management skills. My past experience in operations encourages me to be a better sales rep by providing me with abundant background knowledge about the processes that must be executed for a successful sales cycle.Outside of work, my passion for people and connections remains incredibly important as I spend my time with family and friends, further building connections.
