About Brad Olander

I have held various senior roles focused on building and growing businesses. Since 2005 I have been with EdOps (formerly GoldStar, LLC) working to both build and manage the business, as well as to support our clients' financial and business operations. Previously, as CFO at Whitecap Capital, I managed finance, accounting, and cash management for 12 entities. As the COO of Communications Development Inc., I drove strategy, product development, business development, and marketing, as well as managed finance and accounting. I worked to build businesses at Capital One, a fast-growing financial services company, including a Canadian subsidiary that reached nearly a billion dollars in assets. I also worked six years as an engineer and vice president at a specialty industrial services firm, and was a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company. I am a licensed Professional Engineer, have a BSME from Cornell University, and an MBA from Stanford University.
