CapCos then invest in small to medium businesses in each state that has sponsored a fund to stimulate economic development in that state.• Managed finance, accounting, and cash management functions for 12 entities with $40 million.• Created quarterly financial updates for each fund’s stakeholders that assessed fund performance and progress against statutory investment requirements.• Created individual and consolidated quarterly financial statements across Whitecap’s 12 entities and fulfilled additional reporting requirements dictated by each fund’s state regulators.• Wrote the consolidated annual report. • Acted as audit interface for Whitecap’s operating funds.
