I work for TEMA (Toyota Engine and Motor Manufacturing North America) Toyota's National HeadquartersI am the assistant manager over our planning and implementation engineering department. We are responsible for all new model and changeover projects in North America for Engine and Transmissions. In this group I manage anywhere from 7-12 people through the various stages of a project. We plan all aspects of the project from early stage engineering and design through installation and construction management.
