Here is where we are folks. I have retired from "daily corporate life" to teach and develop our Strategic Human Resource Management and Analytics master's program. We are fortunate to have added some top researchers to an already globally recognized group of researchers and lecturers.We are serving our Land Grant University commitment to support strategic human capital management (HR) and other business areas across the State of Kentucky, national, and global interests. As an R1-designated research institution, our commitment is to explore, capture best practices, advance research, and act as a resource across all industries. My focus is on strategic talent acquisition, talent management/development, organization design and development, and change management. I would enjoy hearing from you.
