WYTA unifies industry efforts to effectively present telecommunication issues to regulatory, administrative and legislative agencies. I provided information, representation and general assistance to association members.● Worked with the Governor’s Broadband Taskforce and the Wyoming Business Alliance to ensure Wyoming has suitable broadband infrastructure to attract new companies to the state.

NCBA advocates for the American cattle producer on policy issues including trade, food safety, nutrition, taxes and the environment. The council also engages in national market campaigns to promote demand for beef as the preferred protein. As a council member, I collaborat with stakeholders to provide direction for the beef industry through education, leadership development, and the promotion of political interests. I also designed programs to establish US beef as the highest quality product in the world.

I worked on the "Administer Local Area Unemployment Statistics (LAUS)" program while supporting the Current Employment Statistics (CES) survey within Wyoming. I collected, analyzed and presented relevant economic data for Wyoming and the industries operation within the state. I contributed to the monthly publication of Wyoming Labor Force Trends.● Designed econometric models and utilized statistical analysis and geographic information systems (GIS) to explain changes to model variables.● Utilized established statistical standards to describe and predict the relationship between labor demand and supply.● Initiated multi-state wage and benefit research project designed to identify and predict commuting patterns and the resulting impact to local communities.
