As the National Sales Manager - Commercial and StarCard for Caltex I am responsible for leading the Commercial Sales team to deliver exceptional solutions to some of Australia largest companies. The Commercial and Starcard segment of the business covers waste, construction, fleet, leasing, bus, rail and road transport and government. Caltex bulk fuel, On-Site Refuelling, StarCard, Delo lubricant and Engineering Solutions are designed to deliver bottom line improvements through improved convenience, fuel economoy and business productivity. All of the above is delivered by experienced professionals which allows our customers to focus on their core business. Key Accountabilities:- Mentor and develop a National Sales Team that is focused on customer solutions.;- Network internally and externally to gain resoures required to deliver outstanding results;- Review, Update and Implement Commercial and StarCard strategies to focus on the segments that deliver growth;- Lead and Champion Continuos Improvement projects to increase productivity and effectiveness of the Commercial Sales team;
