Brad joined Dollar Tree in 2023 and has responsibility for all not-for-resale strategic sourcing and procurement. Prior to joining Dollar Tree, Brad led the creation of a center-led sourcing, procurement, and real estate function for TRC Companies, a leading, global consulting, engineering, and construction management firm. Under Brad’s leadership, the procurement and real estate teams delivered significant EBITDA contribution, margin enhancement, and value creation for their business partners. He also collaborated with numerous private equity sponsors, including TPG Capital, Ares, New Mountain Capital, Blackstone, and Warburg Pincus, to implement cross-portfolio sourcing solutions and drive incremental shareholder value. Earlier in his career, Brad led spend management for American Tire Distributors (ATD) and served in procurement leadership capacities for Truist Financial, Elemica, and Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL).Brad earned an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, NC, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Belmont Abbey College. He also holds a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification from the Institute of Supply Management.
