Working my way up from an hourly manager, to general manager into my current position has allowed me to wear many hats. My responsibilities have included: hiring and training employees, chefs, managers and general managers; all aspects of inventory, ordering and distribution for 3 locations; being accountable for 3 corporate stores and 6 domestic franchises in terms of visitation and evaluation. I have also been responsible for catering large private events as well as directly overseeing up to 50 employees at a time.

As an operations manager for a major theatre, I was able to oversee several areas of the overall venture. During my tenure, I held the title of food and beverage manager which allowed me to order supplies and track inventory as well as come up with new ideas and solutions for every aspect of the department. I was also the human resources manager which allowed me to interview and hire applicants as well as play a vital part in their training and development. I was proficient in scheduling all of the staff on a weekly basis as well. The overall position demanded excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and the ability to evaluate and discipline staff members as necessary.
