• Produced 33 Voice of America Coverage Analysis Program forecasts. Input radio transmitter/receiver and broadcast method information for C-17’s and KC-135’s. The forecast product indicated area of High Frequency and Signal to Noise ratio impacts, which enabled the air crew to determine usable frequencies throughout a 24 hour period.• Coordinated with 2 IT shops to repair 14 unclassified and 4 classified desktop computers to ensure no gaps in 24/7 mission support of space weather operations. The 4 classified desktop computers replaced the virtual desktop machines decreasing classified network outages by 60%.• Acquired a radio frequency and electo-optical/infrared propagation program called Interactive Scenario Builder for the Space Weather Operations Center. Utilized and built 7 training scenarios for different weapon systems/platforms. Showcased how weather impacts electronic warefare operations and to satellite and radio communications.

• Led 11 member work center. Mentored, coached and guided junior instructors. Developed team which led to 5 of 11 members getting hired to higher positions over a 1 year period.• During the 2020 COVID pandemic our Supervisory Team had to develop and revamp the physical training program to meet the Center of Disease Control guidance. The teams enabled the safety of the Airmen and allowed physical training to continue without interruption. Overall efforts fueled the 91% pass rate for 78,000 Airmen over a 2 year period.
