The forecast product indicated area of High Frequency and Signal to Noise ratio impacts, which enabled the air crew to determine usable frequencies throughout a 24 hour period.• Coordinated with 2 IT shops to repair 14 unclassified and 4 classified desktop computers to ensure no gaps in 24/7 mission support of space weather operations. The 4 classified desktop computers replaced the virtual desktop machines decreasing classified network outages by 60%.• Acquired a radio frequency and electo-optical/infrared propagation program called Interactive Scenario Builder for the Space Weather Operations Center. Utilized and built 7 training scenarios for different weapon systems/platforms. Showcased how weather impacts electronic warefare operations and to satellite and radio communications.

Produced over 30 mission specific RADAR propagation products ranging from surface to air, air to air, air to ground and earth-to-satellite communications.•Responsible for the training, development, and mentoring of over 25 personnel at one time. Duties include scheduling training events such as: Physical training tests, rifle ranges, and meteorological training events. Organized mentorship training in which discussions and training classes were conducted in order to develop subordinates, as well as, safety training was completed according to policy. •Developed and implemented an annual training plan in accordance to policy and now is the standard of training for all marine personnel on Okinawa, Japan. The annual training plan has aided with the certification of over 40 weather marines and has been sent to the Training and Education Command for review to standardize training throughout the marine weather community. •Managed and supervised the certification and training of over 50 weather personnel.•Served as the Staff Non Commissioned Officer in Charge (SNCOIC) for Combat Outpost (COP) Rawah and was responsible for the continuous training and monitoring weather products of junior Marines.
