Skilled in Coaching, Remuneration, Performance Management, Team Leadership, and Sports Management.I have held various roles within the AFL Industry for the past 25+ years. Firstly working in Game Development starting in a Development Officer role before progressing into regional then state leadership roles.For the past 10 years, I have been the AFL’s HR Manager for NSW, ACT, Queensland and the Northern Territory with a focus on enabling AFL strategies by partnering with the state entities. During 2012 I held the position of acting National HR Manager where I provided national leadership of the AFL’s HR function working closely with the AFL Executive team and 18 member clubs.Most recently I have completed a 12 month secondment with the Gold Coast SUNS as their GM of People and Organisational Development before taking on the opportunity to head up the off field development of all AFL, AFLW and Academy players at the Club.
