As Director of Business Development and Innovation, I am responsible for the development of Skid Row Housing Trust’s Non- Profit’s Business Development strategy and identifying new revenue streams outside the traditional fundraising. I am responsible for developing, implementing and executing policies and procedures for all new businesses, joint ventures, and beta projects bringing both awareness and funds to Skid Row Housing Trust.Working within the Philanthropy & Communications department of the Skid Row Housing Trust, I am tasked to cultivate relationships in both the community and professional landscape. Organizing events and opportunities in hopes of bringing greater awareness to the impact we have accomplished with the homeless population in Los Angeles for over the last twenty six years. Currently with 26 properties and over 1800 formally homeless housed, we continue to work with top architects to bring permanent solutions to the homeless community.
