General Manager at FLP has allowed me to establish my self in the digital print business. On a day to day basis, I work with operations, including but not limited to manufacturing, sales, and distribution. While still responsible for growing and maintaining the company sales and customer service quality, I have taken on the responsibility of monitoring and evolving way FLP operates as a company.

Manage Customer Service, Shipping, Fulfillment and Distribution. Work with Customers on a day to day basis placing orders, shipping, fulfillment and distribution. Train and develop employees in fulfillment and shipping of customer product.

Team Leader for Mowing Crew. Two years worth of experience in irrigation and landscape management.

Managing employees on our automotive paint line. Helping with loading and unloading parts from our conveyor system.

Managing 6-8 employees during a lunch or dinner shift. Also taking deposit to the bank and entering end of the day numbers into our system every night.
