I am passionate about the impact that Artificial Intelligence, generative AI and machine learning will have on the way people work and live in the future and I am a strong advocate the for the responsible and ethical development of AI/ML solutions to ensure they are designed to complement the human workforce, delivering new and enhanced capabilities in an explainable and unbiased manner.At AWS I am working to help our partners leverage our AI, machine learning and generative AI solutions to deliver innovative solutions to solve real world business problems with tangible business benefits.I have spent over 25 years working in large scale business transformation projects, delivering successful programs across a number of industries including Utilities, Energy, Mining and Consumer Goods and Services.At Accenture I led the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation (RPA) practice for our ANZ and Asia Pacific Technology businesses, where we focused on leveraging virtual agents, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP) and robotic process automation to develop intelligent and automated solutions for our clients.Prior to that, I lead Accenture's Application Services portfolio for our Resources clients in ANZ and have spent many years leading and delivering large scale SAP programs to enable companies to transform the way their businesses perform.I am an experienced leader who enjoys driving and motivating large teams to enact change within businesses and empowering teams to collaborate and bring innovative solutions to address the needs of the business. I am a dedicated and hardworking person who values honesty and integrity and I am committed to embracing and developing diversity within my teams.
