• Observe and document the mixing and application of coatings being applied ensuring coatings systems are being strictly adhered to in accordance with coatings PDS. • Inspect in service tanks utilizing NDT methods as well as UT readings.• Document Dry Film thickness, Substrate Blast Profiles, Cleanliness of Substrate to be coated, and other tests to ensure specifications have been abided by. • Submit RFI's and recommendations for change orders and Specification reviews and/or changes• Observe and document the work being performed to ensure the work is being performed in accordance with project specifications. • Observe and document the installation of objects required by the specifications to ensure they are being installed correctly. as well as Welding inspections• Perform pre-bid and annual inspections and complete dive inspections of water tanks that cannot be emptied for inspection.
