Brad Schaper has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction industry delivering major projects across a broad range of sectors, including commercial and residential high-rise, sporting and entertainment facilities, hospital refurbishments and maritime infrastructure.Brad is a reputable leader in construction and has extensive experience in project planning, due diligence, site acquisition and feasibility analysis, design management and coordination, consultant briefing, tendering and contracting. He excels in consultant and contractor management and stakeholder consultation and management.Brad has developed his project management skills working in all areas of construction. He began his career with Bovis Lend Lease, initially working in procurement and delivery roles before advancing to management of a range of projects, including hospitals, hotels, retail developments, industrial facilities and banks. During this time he gained valuable practical on-site construction experience to complement his engineering degree.Brad successfully transferred to client-side project management, completing a wide range of projects in various managerial roles. Brad has significant experience managing consultant teams and contractors under various delivery models. His diligence and attention to detail has even been recognised by the Australian Institute of Building for Professional Excellence in Building. Brad has been engaged to assist on distressed projects and has also provided expert witness services to assist with disputes.
