Creating successful teams and relationships are just as important as creating buildings. I see collaboration as my way of life and a chance to build more powerful outcomes. Problem-solving drives my thirst for knowledge - from Legos and puzzles to backyard construction projects and disassembling items around the house just to rebuild them. I started in Architecture but learned my problem-solving skills and curiosity of systems extends to teams and relationships. I build meaningful relationships with clients and consultants and mentor others along the way. I am driven to continue to learn, deconstruct, reconstruct, grow and teach while problem-solving and with others.
