All machines were built onsite from old ovens and car jacks based on plans provided by the Precious Plastic movement. Products made from recycled plastic are now being distributed and sold through major Australian fashion retailers. Also working with Dulux Powder Coating division to recycle their post industrial waste with post consumer waste.When at Toll Energy, led an under performing team to refocus on customer requirements in a 3 month plan and the team was then awarded the Shell / Arrow Energy "Go Further"​ award for visible safety leadership (Q1 2015)Appointed the Project Manager for Toll Energy's QCLNG Project and was awarded the "Most Outstanding Site" award for the entire Toll Group in 2014. This award was judged out of all Toll businesses in Australia and the other 52 countries that Toll operates in.Turned a loss making Transport and Logistic business around to profit in 3 years for Patrick Logistics in QueenslandIntroduced the first Super B-Double configuration into Queensland with our innovative transport technology.Started two greenfield sites in the Port of Brisbane (AESDC and Cargolink)
