I was advisor to the CEO and the Board of Directors and led the company's financing round as well as the acquisition of seven companies in nine months, investments in two other companies and the sale of the company to The Walt Disney Company.

Oversaw all legal and some business aspects of Dean & Deluca (food and beverage), Standard Beverage (Wholesale Beverage Alcohol), miscellaneous large commercial real estate holdings and some fine dining restaurants for a successful Napa Valley based entrepreneur/investor.

Handled all legal matters for this fine food and wine retailer including governance, compliance, IP licensing, employment, litigation and contracting matters.

General Counsel for this international hotel-resort-casino company based in Las Vegas. Led legal aspects of the IPO of the company's equity (debt had previously been publicly issued). Raised over $4B in debt and equity financing to facilitate construction of hotel-gaming destinations in Macao and Singapore. Oversaw SEC, M&A and general corporate matters.

Was General Counsel for Ticketmaster Online - Citysearch, Inc. beginning shortly after it went public. Shepherded the legal affairs of this public company through many Web 1.0 acquisitions (Match.com, Evite.com among others), took the company private as part of a combination with the offline Ticketmaster organization and became GC of the combined company.

First general counsel of this California based workers compensation insurance company/insurance agency. Took it public and oversaw legal aspects during its rapid growth.
