As part of my research efforts to create DPU-based algorithms to accelerate data-intensive use cases I designed and implemented NVIDIA's core DPU-accelerated collective communication algorithms (Alltoallv and Allgatherv). These algorithms significantly improve the performance of blocking and non-blocking MPI-based communication and were featured in multiple NVIDIA platform proposal responses.
