Began Power Transmission Career in 1989 with then market leaders in consummable and project equipment. Held many roles over the years including Project Engineer and Distributor Manager. Brands distributed by Fenner included Teco, Rossi , Sumitomo, Falk, Transfluid , Radicon and other major Brands.During my time I was responsible for many large capital Projects in Australia (Gladstone Port Authority , Caval Ridge Mine , to name a couple) and across the world. Much time was spent in hands on activities such as many Coal Mine and Sugar Mill surveys and Quarry Visits and recommendations. I was involved in all segments including mechanical , Fluid Power, Industrial Controls (VSD's) etc.

Supervised 8 Machinists on 5 special purpose machines - 12 hour shift - machining the cast engine blocks for Victa Lawnmowers. Hands on role (tool changes, machine diagnostics and fault finding, repair etc.) ensuring machine availability along with a supervisory role ensuring production schedules were met.
