Representative cases include a wrongful death action against two resident phyisicans based on alleged improper administration of pain medication that resulted in a defense verdict, a case where Plaintiff initially alleged several million of dollars in non-economic, "uncapped" damages, with the trial court ultimately striking all such damages and Plaintiff trying the case alleging only pain and suffering, also resulting in a defense verdict, also provided signficant subject-matter background and guidance that was instrumental to the firm's obtaining a strongly favorable outcome to our clients in an arbitration against rivals in the poker-training space, that ultimately resulted in not only a complete defense of all claims against our clients, but also an award of fees and costs that was collected, and vindication for the client on social media after the opposing party's high-profile public disparagement of the clients had initiated the entire dispute years prior.Success in this position has only been possible through almost-daily interaction with medical and other subject-matter experts as well as the necessary autodidacticism to prepare for those conversations.
