Established in September 2008, Ledcor Pipeline Inc. is a US expansion of Ledcor Pipeline Ltd, Ledcor's Canadian pipeline construction arm that has been in the business since 1972 and is currently one of Canada's leading pipeline constructors. The US division pursues pipeline and related facilities construction opportunities varying in size and scope with ultimate capacity to field up to 2 large diameter (up to 48 inch) spreads and multiple smaller pipeline and facilities construction connstruction execution teams simultaneously.

Responsible for multi-disciplined oil & gas construction and maintenance operations thoughout Canada for the Willbros Group. Multiple divisions included Oil Sands related plant and pipeline maintenance, heavy module fabrication, and industrial facilities construction. The Oil Sands divisions were comprised of 1,300+ field tradesmen and 100+ operations and project management and adminstrative personnel. Also included management and performance responsibility for Willbros Midwest, a leading large diameter pipeline construction company in western Canada. Willbros Midwest had the capacity to field one large diameter (up to 48 inch) pipeline spread and multiple smaller pipeline construction execution teams simultaneously. During 2-1/2 tenure, Willbros Canada experienced YOY revenue growth from approx C$70 million to greater than C$350 million.
