It all began during my high school years, where I immersed myself in the world of retail, learning the art of customer relations and striving to provide unparalleled service. At 18, I traded in my retail polo for a dishwasher's apron at Mountain Jacks Steakhouse, setting foot on a path that would lead me through the bustling kitchens of various restaurants.With determination and grit, I climbed the culinary ladder, eventually becoming the acting chef of the restaurant. However, my hunger for knowledge and new experiences led me to make a pivotal decision at twenty-one. Leaving behind my management position, I enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program at Schoolcraft College, simultaneously embracing the role of a line cook to grow my craft.Upon completing my associate's degree, I was bestowed with the title of Sous Chef at City Kitchen, where I further refined my culinary skills. But my journey didn't end there. Seeking new challenges, I joined the esteemed staff of the Ritz Carlton in Dearborn, Michigan, where I continued to thrive in the world of hospitality.In 2008, I embarked on a new adventure by opening my own catering business, marking my first foray into entrepreneurship. The experience was invaluable, teaching me the ins and outs of running a business and fueling my passion for innovation. In 2012, I ventured into a new frontier, transitioning my catering operations to the emerging industry of medical cannabis and crafting innovative cannabis-infused products.Yet, as life often unfolds, new opportunities beckoned. In late 2023, I made the decision to pivot my career towards real estate—a field I had long admired and felt drawn to. With a personal history of buying and selling properties, I intimately understand the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with real estate transactions.
