I have had many opportunities to coach and play the sports of football and baseball all my life. I have taken those experiences and put them to work in my venture of Level Up Sports Association. LUSA is a company I developed after my stint as a GM with a minor pro football organization. I took this minor pro organization from a 4-16 record over their 1st 2 years in existence and put them at a 7-3 record with their 1st ever playoff appearance in the GDFL in 2012, simply by putting my work ethics and talent for player development into action. After leaving the organization I started LUSA as a continued part of helping minor pro athletes to get to a higher level of play. We work as a support staff for underprivileged minor pro athletes who have never had anyone to take notice in their talent. We evaluate the athlete based on their ethics, dedication to become a better player, and experience playing the game. We also build minor pro teams from the ground up to be successful in not only competition but, in self organization as to how to keep players, staff, and sponsors happy. We have currently built 2 minor pro teams for the 2013 season which both teams have so far went undefeated in their leagues. We also have an athlete who will take their first step in playing at another level this spring in the NSFL. We continue to grow everyday and look forward to making a statement at a National level with our presence.
