This role is responsible for ensuring the campaign team is adhering to all booking and production processes, SLA's and maintaining the teams client centric focus. This role partners with sales teams and clients, including providing reporting on the status of their campaign life cycles. I am responsible for leading, educating and mentoring the campaign management team; deliver best in class service and positive experiences to all stakeholder. Importantly I ensure accurate and smooth communication with delivery teams for implementation; whilst maintaining relationships with internal teams within the wider Woolworths ecosystem. I have worked across many different available channels across Woolworths Supermarkets on key FMCG clients, both in Food and non Food categories. Currently working across Big W suppliers and helping establish ways of working between new stakeholders.

This role is to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of transit (Bus', Trams, Trains), street furniture (including Telstra network), Digital (Billboards, Airport, XtrackTV, Programmatic) and static billboard advertising campaigns throughout the booking, production and implementation stages. Additionally, manage and lead a cohesive campaign delivery team. This would be done by liaising with both media and creative agencies and clients to ensure positive media experiences. Work with our internal production houses and installation teams to ensure the on-time posting and post campaign reporting to the sales teams.I was tasked in the successful launching a new CMS digital scheduling system across Airport, Digital billboards, XtrackTV and Street furniture formats.
