I am a self-proclaimed perfectionist that is always striving to improve, whether that be processes or my own skillset!I have spent the past 5 years gaining a wide variety of skills and valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment at the largest Social Housing provider in my local borough.My main responsibilities consist of:Managing our ISO 45001 MS on a daily basis and undertaking regular internal audits of the system against the international standard.Providing general occupational health, safety and wellbeing advice to 900+ employees including senior management, heads of services and directors.Undertaking regular site visits and inspections; internal site visits of R&M works.F10 CDM Audits / New Build site visits (on behalf of the client); auditing the Principle Contractor, Principle Designer, Client and other contractors on large-scale construction projects.Building Audits at any staffed buildings; Offices, Warehouse Depot, Community Centres, Concierge, Sheltered Care Homes etc.Creating/undertaking reviews of documentation; risk assessments, procedures, method statements and tool-box talks.Accident Investigation.Compiling and presenting our quarterly Health, Safety and Well-being report at our Health and Safety committee with all key stakeholders present; CEO, Trade Union Convenors and representatives, all relevant Directors and Heads of Services.Reporting on KPI’s for Occupational Health & Safety, and Fire Safety.Working effectively and efficiently in various task groups whilst also working closely with our Trade Union Convenors and representatives.Procuring new goods or services (equipment, training, software, physio service etc.)
