I served as Product Owner and Scrum master supporting 20 websites and 8 contact centers for global mobile phone service. I was the Project manager for a cutover for the Product Master from an internal application to an industry standard application. I was the Order Management track lead for Oracle EBS consolidation from regional ERP systems to one global ERP. Later I served as part of the Order to Cash team for migrating from Oracle R12 to SAP SD. Finally, I was Project Manager for multiple mobile phone programs from conception to full global launch. This included running a cross functional global team including software, hardware, quality, internal test, marketing, and regional customer facing teams.As team leader, I work to build trust among the team and get the best out of each team member. I am a lifelong learner and challenge each team member to keep learning. My goal is to set the structure and overall business guidelines, but strive to empower the team to set their own high standards and achieve greatness. In addition to applying leadership skills in my career, I have continued to develop my leadership and communications skills by participating and serving as an officer in a Toastmasters International club based in Chicago.
