As a Postal employee, I want to absorb all I can to help advance this institution to new levels! I am often approached with problem-solving situations outside of my craft. My craft job is Mail Handler and I am currently detailed as a 204B (Acting Supervisor of Distribution Operations). Many problem-solving opportunities I experience involve transportation. I have helped to solve and prevent the late collection and delivery of mail to various Postal installations and our customers.
