At Friday’s he led a district of 8 restaurants and 48 managers. He was 1st in labor and 2nd in sales in a region of 20. When he joined the group was corporate and then was sold to a franchised group. Things changed drastically and the future of the concept unclear. That is when he accepted the role with Greektown Casino.At Greektown he oversaw operations of 5 full-service restaurants, 5 QSRs, and room service. He was part of menu development, opened a new restaurant, and may large catering events. He was successful in keeping budgeted numbers in line and ranked second in sales. When the Casino was sold to another group, they brought in their own management teams and it was time for Brad to move on.That takes us to his current role. He has been with Logan’s for the last 4 ½ years. He leads a District of 8 restaurants and $145 million in annual sales. He was awarded Director of Operations for the year in 2019 and 2021. It is not that he is unhappy with the group, but they are in their second bankruptcy. He sees the writing on the wall and the future of the group is not positive.Brad is very interested in helping companies grow to new heights .
