To assume operational accountability for the growth, development and success of the franchisee network

To, via a successful network of current and new Franchisees, Developers and Landlords, extend the Famous Brands repertoire of Brands to where South African consumers of all races live, shop and play.

• Representing the brand.• Providing a full franchise system service to franchisee partners inclusive of:-o Operationso Trainingo Locality Marketingo Business Consulting• Growing the Brand presence via referral to MSO of potentially new sites and investors.• Serving as the conduit between MSO, the local food services supply chain and the franchise network.• Developing and maintaining “first choice franchisor” status amongst the franchisee network.Maintaining strong links with the local community and stakeholders. Taking on the role of “face of the brand”.• Co-coordinating franchisee meetings hosted by MSO.• Providing structured monthly reports to immediate head of department which are comprehensive in nature and on time.• Implementation of all/any Head Office project related initiatives • Development and management of an annual business plan and budget.• Management of Franchise Consultants via the application of the group’s Performance Management techniques and principles.

• Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee specific business plans and budgets.• Interpret monthly management accounts and benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary.• Collate comprehensive reports and ensure that reports are submitted punctually to the Operations Manager. • Protect Brand integrity via the implementation and measurement of the Standards of Operations Program.• Ensure that the Debonairs Pizza Intellectual Property is intact.• Act as Brand custodian and ensure Brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all requirements across key functions namely, Operations, Development, HR, Marketing and Training.• Drive Operations Incentive Campaigns within the region.• Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training interventions.• Identify in-store training needs and implement on the job training interventions and coaching.• Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within the region.• Assist Franchisee in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase Brand awareness and grow their business.• Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns. Enforce correct use of all supporting elements i.e. point of sale, premiums etc.• Deliver and ensure an achieved result as set out in the agreed annual Brand scorecard.• Assist with the development and drive of innovation within the Brand.• Ensure suitable action and follow up for non-performing restaurants/franchisees.• Drive and achieve agreed revamps of restaurants within the region.
