• Using Lean, Agile, and other continuous improvement techniques, I lead a team of media encoding technicians and video editors, responsible for post-production of nearly 25,000 rich media pieces annually. • As an integral member of the leadership team, I collaborate closely with creative production, media services, sales operations, enterprise information services, and software development teams on post-production, quality control, and technical operating systems to ensure that our products meet client and customer expectations and improve the bottom line.• In addition to managing day-to-day operations, I also lead several presentations each year that influence our executives and manage company-wide events and change management meetings.

The Video Editor conforms, assembles, and administratively processes Company entertainment program, advertisements, content and interstitial materials to an HD digital a/v file format for quality control output approvals, and final in-theater playback. Edit, conform and process approximately 13,000 ads a year with a team of 6 editors and 3 audio engineers. Extensive knowledge of audio and video formats and technologies that include Pro-Res, H.264, MP4, JPEG-2000. Also developed pipeline technologies to address the company's needs.
