Bradley Tabone is an entrepreneur with a passion for business improvement, through the use of technology and process engineering. He has 10 year's experience working within the financial services industry with National Australia Bank in various roles responsible for business improvement, business intelligence, operations transformation and project management. Bradley then co-founded HammerTech in 2015 and took on the role of product, operations, customer success and investor relationships, successfully raising their seed round. He then moved to the United States of America after successfully applying for and being selected for the AusIndustry Accelerating Commercialisation Grant (the largest grant at the time) as the EVP of North America. After successfully signing an ENR Top 10 Construction company in the US, he led the Series A efforts which ended with the successful raise with Arrowroot Capital. Bradley then upscaled the Revenue Operations team there, hiring and spreading business to over 40 states. In 2022 after cementing a base in the USA for HammerTech, Bradley left day to day activities, but still focused on his board responsibilities and played a role in overall strategic direction.Since then Bradley has played a role in mentoring early stage (Pre Series-A) startups, as sorting out the scaling issues and problems that come with the chaotic mess that is early stage startups, is the activity type that keeps him engaged and excited. He has invested in 7 early stage companies directly and made investments into Venture Funds, one he advises in Singapore. Recently he has started Lerasium Holdings in Singapore, to provide consultancy services to Singaporean startups, direct investment and liquidity alongside these services (generally combined) and seeks to elevate with his past experience and contacts the SG companies he works with. He also helps with traditional capital raising via his worldwide contacts, when direct is not possible or the right choice.He freely mentors his time with a number of startups, so do not hesitate to ever reachout!
