Leveraging my experience of more than 20 years working with staffing organizations around North America, I work to ensure clients are meeting compliance and technology needs today and in the future. I bring a depth of experience in state and federal compliance regulations, especially California. Additionally, my 20 years of experience implementing and managing multiple applicant tracking systems including Bullhorn, 1Staff and Bond allows me to guide organizations in finding, implementing and managing the right system for their business.Along with consulting and infrastructure management, I also spent the last ten years developing and implementing a complete security, access control and time & attendance system. This system is designed from the ground up to meet the most demanding needs and customizations of any client. Through the self-service nature of the system, clients are able to automatically track and comply with the most demanding city, state or federal compliance requirements. This resulted in over $100,000 a year savings and had an ROI in nine months.* Designed the telco infrastucture to allow for easy migration to VoIP. This included implementing a new voicemail system company-wide.* Worked as the Sales Engineer for our internal and external clients.* Used VDI to replace all remaining workstations throughout the company.* Used Attachmate Verastream to model iSeries and OpenVMS applications.

Implemented inbound quarantine of messsages and developed a plan to eliminate blacklisting.Reduced our inbound spam by 90% using the MessageGate technologies. This reduced our inbound message overhead through message rejection at the perimeters.Project eliminted blacklisting for the company, increased delivery speed of messages, and virtually eliminated inbound spam. Through all of this we ended up increasing message storage for each user through archiving and reduced inbound spam.Currently help to beta test MessageGate releases.

This resulted in over $100,000 a year savings and had an ROI in nine months.* Redesigned the LAN and WAN network to reduce bandwidth costs across the country and allow for failover at each remote site. This included installing and configuring Cisco routers and switches at each location.* Migrated the domain from Windows NT to Windows 2000. * Implemented Exchange 2003 and the rollout of smartphones.* Desinged and implemented DHCP, DNS, Priint, and File services for the entire organization.* Worked as the Sales Engineer for our internal and external clients.* Installed Kronos iSeries Central at over 20 client locations.

In this role I had the following projects and responsibilities.* Replaced all VT-420 terminals with PCs and redesigned the network to allow for domain integration with all offices. * Redesigned check printing system with an IP based system. This resulted in a $22,000 a year savings.* Managed all aspects of the AS/400 and was primary Sales Engineer for Kronos Implementations. Installed Kronos at over 30 client locations.* Managed day to day PC operations.Duties also included all Facilities, Workers Compensation, and Benefits for Nevada and East Coast offices.* Managed Workers Compensation and Unemployment specialists. We reduced our new claims by half during the first year.* Managed the Benefits for all Nevada and East Coast employees including the negotiation of new benefits.* Worked with the managers and contractors to build out new offices and close old ones.
