Manager Of Compliance
CurrentResponsible for a team of 6 that monitors ADT’s adherence to laws established by the FCC and FTC (TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, FCRA) as well as adherence to internal brand guidelines. Works with General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, as well as other leaders in the company to mitigate risk by creating repeatable processes to monitor, train and report. This includes an enterprise wide roll out of reporting, using voice analytics, that has increased compliance with Do Not Call laws and decreased deceptive sales statements within the Sales and Collection organizations. This also includes, adopting new tools and developing reports to help monitor in-market risk of marketing creative and creation of a new 3rd party marketing partner onboarding process and annual review to identify potential risk. Development of quarterly reporting and presentations to leaders to help drive change and risk mitigation across the company.
