Overall tasks, SQL report writing, troubleshooting, EHR management, new account/user setup, program development, as well as some smaller tasks. As Help Desk, I did troubleshooting for Windows, Doxy, Zoom, Blue Screens, Topaz signature, and Microsoft office. I also set up monitors, docking stations, and projectors. As System Admin, I created and setup new accounts into their domain/ server, setup and activated security fobs, setup users and registered new phones in the WMHC phone software, and helped managed their EHR(Carelogic). As an SQL Reporter, I developed and designed over 30 SQL query reports using Pentaho ranging from smaller 10-line reports to larger 200-line reports. Extra, I kept their website updated, mapped basic networks, rewired networks, and developed several Python programs that read, calculate, and reformat excel workbooks and sheets.
